Our website is a socially oriented premium club allowing members to interact and share their experience about house exchanges, holiday rentals, permanent home swaps, long-term exchanges and hospitality exchanges. In the global world, your home is not something you are tied to staying in but is an option to travel and enjoy a variety of destinations. Through our website you may exchange your home for a short or long period of time,house to rent it and generate income or to stay with people from other countries on a reciprocal basis.

How does this work? You list your house and indicate where you would like to travel.  You can then contact members who are interested in your destination or are open to offers and try to make a good house swap match and vice versa. If you have a second home at the coast, you can exchange it for a house in a ski resort for example. You can also rent your second home and use the money to cover your annual expenses or simply travel some place else. We offer you to travel more for less money, living in an apartment or a house with all amenities and without the limitations of a hotel room. If you have invested in several homes in the same location and due to the global crisis can not sell them at a profit, you can swap them for properties in other locations to diversify your portfolio. If you are a property manager, you can advertise your properties through us.
 
As an additional service we offer deposit holding in order to protect your interest against fraud. We can hold a rental deposit until you check into the home and give you the peace of mind.
